The living area has a comfortable, designer beige leather suite, glass coffee tables, a feature marble fireplace and large LED television with DVD player and minix android TV box which provides viewers with an extensive package of TV programs and movies to enjoy. The dining area consists of an extravagant black glass dining table which seats eight people. The fully fitted kitchen features granite worktops and top of the line electrical appliances, including fridge-freezer, electric oven and induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster and all necessary kitchen utensils. On the ground floor you will also find a double bedroom with a bathroom consisting of a vanity sink, toilet and shower which can be used as an en-suite.Leading up the marble stairs to the first floor, four elegantly fully furnished bedrooms may be found, all air-conditioned and en-suite. A BBQ area, sun loungers, umbrellas, outdoor shower, and garden table with chairs allow our guests to enjoy the outdoor sunshine in the complete comfort and luxury that our guests both require and deserve.The garden ends where the sea begins, fishing and snorkelling are within reach and easily accessible, no travel needed. The main beach is a small horseshoe shaped area of soft sand and several rocky islands nearby. For several miles west towards 'Potamos of Liopetri', the rocky shore line is interspersed with small private patches of golden sand, ideal for those looking for a quiet sunbathing spot.Potamos of Liopetri, to the left of the resort, is a small fishing harbor where you will find a restaurant which serves the 'catch of the day'. Here you can relax with a glass of the local vino and absorb the wonderful sea views of the Eastern Mediterranean.Nearby attractions:The center of Ayia Napa is just 5 minutes drive and Larnaca International airport is a 25 - 30 minute drive.A small but well-stocked supermarket is a short walk from Makronissos Beach (only 3 minute drive away) and boasts several restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The picturesque village of Potamos has a small fishing harbour and two local fish tavernas. Alternatively, Ayia Napa has a huge range of restaurants offering everything from traditional Cypriot mezes to Italian and Japanese food. Agia Napa is also well known for its nightlife and white sand beaches with crystal clear turquoise sea water, Nissi Beach and Fig Tree Bay are famous blue flag beaches.There are numerous sea caves stretching from the Eastern edge of Ayia Napa up towards Cape Greco National Park. Some go as deep as 80 meters into the rock and at low tide during calm seas it is possible to walk or swim into many of them. The sea surrounding the caves is crystal clear although rocky. Many people visit this stretch of coast around Cape Greco to snorkel or dive and local people often fish here during the early hours of the morning.A well maintained cycle path runs from the Villa to both Ayia Napa and Potamos, and there are plenty of places to hire bikes.
