Villa Oceanus H2 is a stunning, 5 bedroom seafront villa, located directly on the beautiful Coast Line of Agia Thekla in Agia Napa. As part of an exclusive, privately gated, residential resort, the residence offers tranquility and privacy to its guests and sits within its own private, extensive 511sq.m gardens which end where the sea front begins. On offer is a 180 degree unobstructed, breathtaking sea view across the Potamos Bay expands panoramically across the horizon to Cape Greco National Park.On entering the villa you will find an open plan living area, dining area and large kitchen. The living area has a comfortable, brown leather suite, marble coffee table, a feature fireplace and LED television with minix android TV box which provides viewers with an extensive package of TV programs and movies to enjoy. The dining area consists of an extravagant marble dining table which seats eight people. The fully fitted kitchen features granite worktops and top of the line electrical appliances, including fridge-freezer, electric oven and induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster and all necessary kitchen utensils. On the ground floor you will also find a double bedroom with a bathroom consisting of a vanity sink, toilet and shower which can be used as an en-suite.Leading up the marble stairs to the first floor, four elegantly fully furnished bedrooms may be found, all air-conditioned and en-suite. Bedrooms two, three and the Master bedroom are all double rooms and bedroom 4 is a twin room. A large patio is shared between the Master bedroom and bedroom 4 which overlooks the garden with a comfortable seating area to relax and enjoy the tranquility and peace while taking in the panoramic sea views. On the ground floor, the double 9 meter sliding doors accessed via the dining and living room area open onto a partly covered veranda to which a private 10x5m over flow, heated swimming pool adjoins. The pool features Roman steps and lead onto the extensive, mature landscaped private garden. A BBQ area, sun loungers, umbrellas, outdoor shower, and garden table with chairs allow our guests to enjoy the outdoor sunshine in the complete comfort and luxury that our guests both require and deserve. The garden ends were the sea begins, fishing and snorkelling are within reach and easily accessible, no travel needed. The main beach is a small horseshoe shaped area of soft sand and several rocky islands nearby. For several miles west towards 'Potamos of Liopetri', the rocky shore line is interspersed with small private patches of golden sand, ideal for those looking for a quiet sunbathing spot.Potamos of Liopetri, to the left of the resort, is a small fishing harbor where you will find a restaurant which serves the 'catch of the day'. Here you can relax with a glass of the local vino and absorb the wonderful sea views of the Eastern Mediterranean. The village takes its name from the charming, whitewashed church which is steeped in history and is believed to be one of the oldest landmarks of the area. The church overlooks a delightful white sandy beach, which has a Blue Flag status and is 300 meters long and 25 meters wide. Lifeguards are on duty from 10:00 to 18:00 during the summer season. Beach and water sports facilities are also available while a convenience store is located close by.Villa Oceanus, is the perfect destination for those seeking relaxation, privacy and seclusion of a residential area but who still want to be within easy reach of the major towns in the Famagusta district.Nearby attractions:The center of Ayia Napa is just 5 minutes drive and Larnaca International airport is a 25 - 30 minute drive.A small but well-stocked supermarket is a short walk from Makronissos Beach (only 3 minute drive away) and boasts several restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The picturesque village of Potamos has a small fishing harbour and two local fish tavernas. Alternatively, Ayia Napa has a huge range of restaurants offering everything from traditional Cypriot mezes to Italian and Japanese food. Agia Napa is also well known for its nightlife and white sand beaches with crystal clear turquoise sea water, Nissi Beach and Fig Tree Bay are famous blue fag beaches.Another beach worth a visit is Konnos Bay located at the Eastern edge of Ayia Napa. It forms part of the Cape Greco national Park, an area of outstanding natural beauty. This gorgeous bay is pine fringed and has sparkling azure waters. It is a very popular beach for locals and is rather well hidden so although it gets very busy at weekends it's a great little hideaway to head to.Water world is very close to the villa and is one of the largest water parks in Europe. Based on the wonders of ancient Greece, the award winning park offers a variety of rides to suit all ages.

AYIA THEKLAOn the outskirts of Ayia Napa is the beautiful area of Ayia Thekla. It is becoming an extremely sought after location as it is one of the few places on the island that has remained free of commercial development and multi storey hotels. There is a small sandy beach with a tiny island just offshore that acts as a natural breakwater, making the waters here calm and warm. It is the perfect destination for those seeking the privacy and seclusion of a residential area but who still want to be within easy reach of major towns and resorts. This seaside haven is within 15 minutes drive of both Paralimni and Protaras and just 20 minutes away from the city of Larnaca and its international airport. ATTRACTIONS:Ayia Thekla Church - A small, white church dating back to the middle ages, facing the beautiful turquoise Mediterranean sea, surrounded by native flowers and plants.New Marina - The project envisages a world class marina, which will be environmentally friendly, with a wide range of services and attractions unsurpassed anywhere in Cyprus. These will include quality waterside mixed scheme developments, lifestyle attributes such as recreational centers, restaurants, sports, entertainment, bicycle and walking paths close to the traditional church.Over 600 berths will be available for small and larger yachts.
