It is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher and fridge freezer. A washing machine and tumble dryer are located on the first floor landing. A large ground floor w/c with hand basin is an added convenience.Also on the ground floor is one of the four bedrooms and there is a twin sofa bed .
