Soraya 3 is a 3 bedroom villa with a private swimming pool located in the heart of Pernera. In just a 5 minute walk you can be at the sandy beach of "Pernera Bay". All the amenities such as restaurants and bars are also within 5 minutes walking distance.The location is absolutely brilliant because it is quiet and yet near everything. The villa has a private 8x4 swimming pool with sunbeds and outdoor furniture so you can enjoy your diner by the pool. You will immediatelynotice the peace and quiet of the area.As you enter the villa you will notice that the living room, dining area, and kitchen are seperated. The living roomconsists of 2 large sofas where 6 adults cancomfortably sit and watch tv. Between the kitchen and the living room there is a dining table with 6 chairs. There is also a guest W.C. downstairs.The kitchen is fully equiped with everything a holidaymaker will need, such as stove, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, cutleries, crockeries, and many more.Upstairs there are total 3 large bedrooms, of which 2 of them are twin and one a double. The double bedroom also benefits from an ensuite bathroom and toilet. There is also a family bathroom upstairs. In all bedrooms there are double curtains so you can be able to sleep in total dark.
